This is a five day intensive program. Time will be devoted to lesson planning, components of good teaching practice and theory and lots of hands on teaching. Students will be evaluated on their hard paddling skills and teaching ability. Presentation quality skills will be essential by the end of the program. Opportunities will be provided to teach real students in real classes during the course. Evening work will be necessary.
