Step 1 – Book Your Spot First

This form is for medical information and waiver only. It does not register you for a trip or course. To complete your registration, go to the Program Calendar and click the Book Now button on your chosen program. Complete payment there first, then return here to submit this form.

Step 2 – Complete the Forms Below

Once your booking is confirmed, fill out the forms that apply to your program:

• Medical Form and Waiver – required for all paddling trips and courses
• Paddle Canada Waiver – required for all Paddle Canada certification programs
• WRFA Waiver – required for Wilderness First Aid participants only

Payment Options

Pay securely online by credit card via the Book Now button. Alternatively, call 705-866-6069 to register by phone and pay by e-transfer, cheque (payable to Horizons Adventures), or Visa/Mastercard.

Pricing and Deposit Policy

• Early Bird pricing is available until March 1st – full payment required by March 1st to qualify
• Registrations after April 30th must be paid in full at time of booking
• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required for all programs registered up to 30 days before the start date
• HST (13%) and a web processing fee of approximately 6% are added at checkout

Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations six or more weeks before the program start date receive a full refund. Cancellations after that point may incur a 30% administration fee. No refunds are issued within four weeks of the start date.
